Question 1:- How often do you go for a run?

Answer:- Well I am completely a gym freak personality, so to cough my muscles and to be made make it more clear I like to run every morning, usually around 2 km per day, but on weekends I go for 510 km.

Question 2:- Where do you usually go runing?

Answer:- There is a big playground in my home town which is owned by a college name GHE Khalsa College it is open for public in the early morning and usually, I go there and do my daily routine exercise and running.

Question 3:- Do you like running?

Answer:- As I told earlier I am a gym freak and fitness freak person so yes, I do like running and it becomes a major activity and vital activity of my daily routine even if I miss running any day because of any reason I feel that day sluggish and inactive day and running has many benefits in itself such as it helps to make person active admin stamina and menu and many more.

Question 4:- Do you think runing is a good way to stay healthy?

Answer:- Precisely running is the best way to remain active nowadays. Nowadays, people are especially teenagers and are totally addicted to gyms to build their bodies, but they are losing their stamina and flexibility body on the counterpart. Hence, in my sense, if you want to all-round development including muscle strength stamina endurance everything one needs to go for running every day at least for one hour it helps to slim the body also enhance the posture.
