Breaks

Do you prefer a long break or several short breaks?

Well I like to work for a longer period of time as much as I can because of my schedule it always seems like I have to work for 8 to 10 hours per day so during this working period I would like to have short breaks after a fixed period of time like after every 22 hours I like to take a break for half hour

What do you usually do during a break?

Will breaks are basically for refreshing ourselves so that when we returned at the work after the breaks we could give our efforts best efforts and it also helps to improve efficiency so during break time I like to calm myself relax and put myself away from the stress and anxieties of the job during this time basically I like to perform some short distance walk or sometimes video cassettes or talking to my best friends during this period of time

Why do you need to take a break?

Will brakes are very common in every sort of job I don’t believe there would be any job in which anyone would not like to have a break see there is a fatigue study proposed by FW tile in which he insists that every worker must have breaks during working hours so that he could be refresh and provide his hundred per cent efficiency to the work so I think the break is required for the scene in order to get relax come and get back to the work with double officials

How often do you take a break?

As I told earlier I don’t like very long breaks because it makes me very lazy when I returned afterwords to the job so I like to have very short breaks but after a particular period of time as I stated earlier after every two hours I required a break of half an hour
