Dear Mr Adam,
Hello there! I am your neighbour, and I am writing this letter to tell you that I and my family are going to New Delhi for a wonderful trip to spend summer vacation; I want you to take care of my house during this absence. We are out for at least one week.
Well, we are unable to take our dog with us. Therefore, I expect you to take care of him by providing three meals a day and taking him outdoors twice every day. One more thing, please water my plants after every subsequent day since it is scorching hot outside, nowadays. I hope you manage these few things.
During any sort of emergency you have my personal mobile number, Feel free to call any time. In case my cell is not approachable, 239465 is the hotel number where I will stay. Just call and ask for me.
