Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this to express my resentment towards the last bus journey I took with your travel agency.
On the 1st of May at IST 7.00 hours, I travelled from Ahmedabad to Vadodara for an official visit. While entering the bus, I found that the bus seats were not cleaned and sanitized, besides the air condition was also not working.
I paid extra money considering, I would get the best service than travelling on a local city bus. However, I and most of the passengers traveling were taken aback by the poor quality of hygiene and service. The ambience of the bus was unpleasant and suffocating, mainly because of uncomfortable sitting and poor ventilation.
I recommend if the servicing of the bus can happen more frequently such as cleaning and dusting of seats, repairing and maintenance of air condition as well as passengers must be asked to fill-up the survey after the journey to ensure continuous improvement.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience.
