In the current modern world of modernisation, everyone is addicted to electronic gadgets. One of the electronic devices that is an integral part of my daily life is my apple watch. I had received it as a gift from my brother. I have been using it for the past 2years. During the pandemic situation, when I started working remotely, I was obese and led an inactive lifestyle. I had done a health checkup, and there was a sudden surge in health problems. Hence my brother had gifted me this watch. After that, I track my physical activities through this watch. It helps me to follow an active lifestyle and keeps me fit. I walk daily for about half an hour and track the steps easily through this watch. Unfortunately, I had lost it when I went to my friend’s home. I had to wait for one 1week to get it back. My exercise routine got disturbed for one 1week. I was disappointed as well. I had an empty feeling of not having the watch in my hand and hence got irritated as well. After that incident, I became very careful and never missed it at any place.
