My friend is an athlete, and so he really loves to do a lot of exercises in a day. He works up early in the morning and goes jogging, and then he does some workouts. I noticed this habit of my friend when he decided to do a sports activity for his school at an inter-schools competition. He was very dull and was becoming a little fat, but when he decided to do this, he has started to be very energetic and has started to decrease weight which I have really come to like about him. Because of this, I want to adopt this habit also, so that I can lose weight too and at least improve my health status too.
