Without Capital Punishment (the Death Penalty) Our Lives Are Less Secure and Crimes of Violence Increase

Without capital punishment (the death penalty) our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase. Capital punishment is essential to control violence in society. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

It is often argued by some that without capital punishment, our lives are less secure and crimes of violence increase in society, and the capital crackdown on criminals is essential to control crime in the community. Although some might disagree that capital punishment helps to reduce violence in public with this notion; however I completely agree metropolis punishment is necessary to control brutality in humanity. Not only because punishment born fear in the mind of criminal and castigation help people to implement on law but also because a crackdown on criminal gives the justice to the claimer. This essay explores how these factors justify my opinion.

There are multiple advantages of capital punishment to decreasing violence in society. Firstly, the strict rule of castigation created fear in the criminal mind before the crime. As when criminals commit acts of brutality in society, the court order to punish the criminal and next time, criminals do not think about the crime. Take an example of Arab countries; in 2020, the University of Asia took the survey that the violence rate in Arab countries is less than in other countries because of a strict crackdown on lawbreakers. Thus metropolis castigation help to reduce crime in the community.

Secondly, punishment is born of fear of the offender, and the castigation support executes people on law, as when anyone thinks about breaking the law, the capital crackdown help to change the mind. For instance, in North Korea, the strict castigation by the capital reduces the number of lawbreakers. Hence crackdown on lawbreaker support to reduce of violence in public.

Finally, metropolis punishment gives justice to the pretender. As if criminals damage the property of the claimant, the capital court gives justice by the castigation to the offender.

To som-up, I believe that capital punishment creates fear in the mind of the offender, the metropolis castigation help to implement people on the law, and capital crackdown helps to give justice to the claimer. These points support reducing the violence cc ratio in the community.
