Question 1:- Do you often get up early in the morning?

Answer- yes, I do get up early in the morning because I have to go to work, but on weekends I don’t really like to get up early.

Question 2:- What do you usually do when you get up early?

Answer- Well, I do some exercise, prepare a good breakfast, clean the house and do some extra chores.

Question 3:- What’s your morning routine?

Answer- I get up at 6:30 in the morning, and then I exercise for half an hour. At 7, I take a bath and then pray to god. After that, I usually rush to the kitchen and prepare breakfast and also do some preparation for lunch. And then, I have my breakfast, and I go to work around 9:30.

Question 4:- Is breakfast important to you?

Answer- yes, definitely, breakfast is a very important meal for me; I believe it gives our body the energy to keep going. Many research also proved that you should never skip your breakfast if you want to become healthy.

Question 5:- Do you get up early on weekends?

Answer- No, I don’t like to get up early in the morning on weekends. I enjoy sleeping till late. I feel this is a stress buster for me so that I can work next week with the same energy.

Question 6:- What kinds of people usually get up early? Why?

Answer- People who sleep early or the ones who like exercise, or the ones who are so enthusiastic usually get up early because their morning routine provides them full energy to keep going.

Question 7:- What are the benefits of getting up early?

Answer- There are so many benefits like you get time to exercise, make proper breakfast, you don’t feel lazy all day, you get some extra time for the things you like if you wake up early.
