Sample Answer of Describe the Time when You Had to Sing a Song or A Poem in Front of The Public

Something’s is unforgettable. I remember the time when I had to sing a song in front of an audience as I was enrolled in the National Cadet Corps. One day my battalion head officer arranged a huge function on the occasion of independence day. I think the function was organised two years ago. So they decided to start the ceremony with the patriotic song “NCC song”. Then my head officer sir chose me for this occasion to sing a song. So I started rehearsal two weeks. Finally, the day came. It was my first time, so I had butterflies in my stomach, and also, my legs were shivering. Then I remember my mother’s advice, not look at anyone directly in the eyes; otherwise, you will get perplexed. So I looked straight over the heads of the crowd as if they were not there. Then I commenced singing after the song was finished. There was a roll of clapping, and my higher officer gave me a medal for my fabulous performance. At that time, I am on cloud nine. I think that this day, I got over my fear of stage at a very easily age. All in all, this was the time when I had to sing a song in front of the public.
