Thank you for giving me such a nice topic to speak on …as it is like a privilege for me to appreciate that person who has given a new direction to my life. I had done my masters in subject Physics, and I was working in a college as an assistant professor. I worked there for around 2 years, and then due to the corona pandemic, all of the organizations closed their works as there was the situation of complete lockdown all across the country. Initially, I did not realize that it would go for such a long time period, and I kept on waiting for the situation to be normal. However, unfortunately, the situation got even worse, and I started feeling demotivated because I had no source of earning.
Then, one day my brother in law called me for knowing my well-being. He is working in PSPCL as an engineer, and amid lockdown like all government employees, he was also happy because of no burden of financial issues. He got to know that I am a bit stressed about things, and without any second thought, he suggested I start my online business of coaching classes. I completely dodged him because I thought it absolutely pragmatic to even think because I had no clue of initiating the things. But, he forced me again to do the same thing, and this time, I even indulged in an argument with him. After some time, I realized my mistake and called him. He gave me the courage to take a step by saying that he is always there behind me to support me. Trusting his words, I made my page on Facebook and started promotions on all of the social sites.
One month passed, but I didn’t get any response. But, one day, all of a sudden, I got a call from one of the teachers who would teach me during my graduation. I was astonished to see her call, and when she told me that she wanted to arrange her child’s classes for improving in physics, my happiness had no bounds. She said that she wants only me to teach her daughter. I started taking her classes, and within one week, I got 4 more joinings in the same batch. Gradually, my business started getting flourished, and now I am running a class of 15 students online. I am over the moon now as I have even resigned from my former workplace. I am really grateful to my brother in law who showed his faith in me as now I am an independent woman and entrepreneur. So yes, this is the person who gave a new shape to my life with his guidance, advice and support.
