The day, which defined my future destiny and my career path, was when I got admission to the University for Engineering Degree. I recall it as the most exciting and cheerful day of my life, as having no hopes, the good news just came out of the blue, and I was suddenly over the moon.
I still remember bits and pieces for that day, as I was under a continuous state of depression over not hearing any information from the University. At that time, I was having my lunch, when suddenly the home phone rang. My father attended the Phone, and just after learning that the call was from the University regarding my admission, he just started yelling above his lung’s strength by calling my name. Jameel! You got the admission. And me, I was just stunned at that news, forgot to have my lunch even.
Even My father was overjoyed and threw a really nice party in honour of that news.
I will conclude that One of the most positive and the longest day of my life, I wasn’t able to sleep at night and was as energised as I remained throughout that day.
