Living and surrounding with positivity is a sort of great thing, in order to achieve that High-level optimization we should try out some changes in our life, here I would like to talk about one such change that I brought into my life. Here the change I am talking about is the way of thinking. I started to perceive everything in a positive manner. I got an insight about this two years when I met a meditation, Guru. He talked enormously regarding the be edits of meditation and its impact on our wellbeing. I was amazed when I heard about all these in a single sitting, and the next day onwards, he started to teach how to increase the concentration level and enhance the role of optimism in life. It was a three-month course which was suggested by one of my friends.
I went over there, and the place is more environmentally friendly, and the residents were living a simple life…the most interesting thing we are not supposed to use the mobile phone …over the 3 months I learned a lot of techniques to calm the mind and improve my focus to the goal of my life ….When I completed my lessons I deeply understood the true meaning of some quotes from my religious book Gita that everything is happening for a reason and the historical quote This too shall pass.
In my later life, every single incident that I encounter can take it in a positive way…If one of my friends is staying away from me and if I try to resolve the issue and it will still present, I will let that go…I feel like everything is temporary. We have only one thing that has our own … it’s our body, the organs which are fully functioning in order to do the various activities, so we are not supposed to make it as dirty by providing negative thoughts instead feed them with positivity.

Answer – As far as I am concerned my country is improving in a tremendous way in all aspects of sectors…As it same suggesting it’s developing after all.

Answer – I would say the smartphone brings abundant if changes into people’s life. We can make the immediate transaction without going bank, getting instant doctors appointment, can see relatives who are residing far away…everything is under the tip of a finger. It make life easier
Question 3 Do you think people working from home would be a positive change?
Answer – I am afraid to say that, it’s not a positive change because there are plenty reasons I can put froth firstly it will reduce human interactions of outside as well as inside ….bringing the entire company into the home is not a wishful idea, so the employers keep imposing their employees to work under pressure because they are at home. So the working schedule and the routine associated with that will subsequently lose and eventually the people will sit in front of the computer all the day. Secondly, the people won’t get enough time to spend with their family, and it will cause a sedentary lifestyle in the long run. So overall, it’s not an acceptable notion.
Question 4 Do you think people’s work in the future will be heavily affected by technology?
Answer – Indeed, technological advancements will widely affect human work both positively and negatively. For instance, the introduction of robotics will reduce manual labor, but it will lose the opportunity of the employees, further leads to mass termination.
Question 5 Compare the pace of technological progress in the past and in the present?
Answer – As far as I can tell, the pace of technological advancements is definitely escalating if comparing with the past. In the past, people should get into the office on time for doing their job but nowadays, due to the introduction of video calls and go to meeting applications; they can do their work in the home itself without moving anywhere.
