He talked enormously regarding the be edits of meditation and its impact on our wellbeing. I was amazed when I heard about all these in a single sitting, and the next day onwards, he started to teach how to increase the concentration level and enhance the role of optimism in life. I went over there, and the place is more environmentally friendly, and the residents were living a simple life…the most interesting thing we are not supposed to use the mobile phone …over the 3 months I learned a lot of techniques to calm the mind and improve my focus to the goal of my life ….When I completed my lessons I deeply understood the true meaning of some quotes from my religious book Gita that everything is happening for a reason and the historical quote This too shall pass.
