Your Internet Connection Has Been Slow and Intermittent

Your internet connection has been slow and intermittent. Write a letter to your internet service provider to complain. In the letter:

Describe the problem and why you are unhappy
Arrange for an engineer to visit your home
Request a reduction in your bill

Dear Abc ,

This letter of mine is in reference to the internet services you provide me for my residence. I am very unhappy to say but I am not really satisfied with the connection from the past few weeks .

It all started from this billing cycle, the speed of the internet has really dropped down and my kids are facing difficulty connecting to their zoom class and complete their research. We all are aware that this pandemic has made it a necessity to cover all the minor and major aspects of one’s residence. I am not willing to make my youngster’s education being suffered more. In addition, I am working from home as well and a poor internet connection is making it all the more difficult even after I upgraded my plan to the unlimited .

I would like to request you to entertain the issue and schedule a concerned person to visit my address to look for the exact issue of the slow service. I haven’t been using the upgraded service this month due to whatever issue but a refund in the coming billing cycle sounds good for the inconvenience being caused .

Please address the problem as soon as possible. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks

Yours truly
