You Saw a Brochure for a One-week Walking Tour in the Mountains

You saw a brochure for a one-week walking tour in the mountains. You’re very interested in taking part, but you’re not very fit and are worried you wouldn’t be able to keep up. Write to the tour operator. In your letter:

  • Explain why you’re interested in the tour.
  • Ask for information about dates and prices.
  • Express your concerns about your fitness level.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my interest in this walking tour activity in the tropical mountains region. Since my childhood, I have always admired the beauty of nature and engrossed my love for mountains. I am very keen to join this tracking tour since I saw an advertisement in a brochure last week.

I would like to know about certain information regarding this camp like when it will begin and what is the fee structure for this tour and camp? How many people are in a slot for this tour and weather conditions for that region?

I have one of the little concerns regarding my fitness as I just recovered from an accident, so my knees and back are not much soared as expected. I have been recovering well and maintain regular walks in the park, so it might not be the biggest constrain.

I am looking forward to joining your walking tour!

Yours Faithfully,
