The Road in Front of Your House Got Damaged a Long Ago and Nothing Has Been Done About I

The road in front of your house got damaged a long ago and nothing has been done about it. Write a letter to the municipal authority complaining about the damaged road. In your letter:

  • introduce yourself
  • explain the condition of the road
  • and suggest what they should do

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I’m writing this letter to you to complain about the damage to the road which has been left out for a long time.

I work for a multinational company, and I’m the owner of the apartment in front of which the damage has occurred. Also, I’m the President of the apartment, so I hold the responsibility to look after all the issues of the building.

The road has been damaged a lot, and it is very difficult for the people to get their cars inside the apartment. Moreover, it has covered the maximum portion of the road due to which there are a lot of traffic jams which is creating chaos between the riders and increasing the chances of accidents.

I would recommend you to send the workers as soon as possible so that they start repairing the damage. Besides, we also need to cover the entire space with boards so that vehicles pass from a distance through a safe route.

I am waiting for your positive response.

Yours Faithfully
