Some believe that only people with more years in a company must get promotions. What is your opinion?


Many people think employees with more years of experience in the same company get promotions. In my opinion, I believe that person with more hard work and good plans will get promotions.

On the one hand, many think that one person spending many years in a company bring promotion to them. In other words, a person with more hard work and quality of good work does have a chance to a higher position. The person with the ability to make a better adoption in works and fulfill the requirement for the company is also helping to promote for higher designation. For Instance, Many corporations every year give promotions to employees. They are considering the work contribution and achieving targets of employees. So many employees got promotions based on their caliber to work.

On the other hand, Some employees make good ideas and better plan to improve companies growth. They are contributed to companies to achieve companies’ targets. So this kind of employee is also eligible for promotions. They were making different ideas and applied them to achieve company goals.

However, many employees working in the same company for lots of years. They have more knowledge about the company and company goals. Because lots of years they spend the same company so they can understand the problems easily They had fulfilled their productivity and their job responsibilities.

To conclude, although the employee with good ideas and better plans as well as hard work and keeping quality of work is also eligible for promotion as well as employees with years of experience in the same company.
