In the modern scenario, the importance of a healthy lifestyle which was always debatable all over the world. In today’s time, the majority of masses have a portion of eaten unconscious food, and they do not exercise properly. This is the reason for the hectic schedule, and they always eat fast food. So, this essay regarding causes and solutions in upcoming paragraphs.
Nowadays, there are a plethora of reasons for unhealthy food. Firstly, masses have a busy schedule due to which indicates they do not properly care about their diet and body. As a result, they came under many diseases such as food poisoning problems, blood cell decline, weakness—secondly, individuals like almost restaurants food like noodles, burgers, pizza and so on. Consequently, people are overweight, which depicts humans feel uncomfortable and less physically fit. For example, according to the BBC news survey, 82% majority of the masses do not like homemade food.
On the other hand, there are a lot of alternatives to solve this problem. Primarily, companies can encourage their employees to join the gym. In addition, businessmen should give health club facilities to their workers. Moreover, the Gymnasium should provide to colleges and school students as well as all staff members. As a consequence, they do exercise in their free time also take care of their health as they feel happy and energetic. For instance, I read a magazine last month on health issues which illustrate most of the gym faculty have provided in universities and big companies.
To recapitulate, no doubt unhealthy food is not good for human health, but masses do take regular exercise basis in the morning time as they should not eat junk food. Furthermore, they feel physically fit due to which not under any anxiety.
