Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a resident of Daulat Nagar society, Kausa. I am writing to bring to your attention that the street surrounding our society has been very dirty for the past couple of weeks. Household wet waste is accumulated on every corner. As a result, there is a bad odour and an increased number of mosquitoes and flies.

The situation is causing us hardship as the bad odour makes it difficult to live our daily lives peacefully. The presence of mosquitoes and flies increase the possibility of serious illness like dengue and malaria.

The issue has occurred since household wet waste is not collected on a daily basis by the staff

of the cleaning department, and residents of all nearby societies throw waste in the street corner. If you can make proper arrangements for the collection and disposal of the waste, this issue can be resolved.

Kindly take the required action and resolve this issue.
