Describe a habit your friend has, and you want to develop; You should say
- Who is your friend?
- What habit does he/she have?
- When you noticed this habit?
- And explain why you want to develop this habit?
I think everyone has one or the other habits which differ them from another person and this habitat force make them special. Such one habit is in my friend, whose name is Ruhi, who is very punctual about daily yoga. I would like to adopt this ability as we know it has numerous benefits.
She is an early bird who gets up early in the morning and never misses her yoga. She gives almost dedicate 1-hour doing yoga which includes pranayama, dhyana, and even stretching, which keeps her fit and flexible. By doing this, she stays very calm in stressful situations, and she even says it helps her to concentrate on her studies.
I remember one day when we join the aerobics classes. On the first day, she was able to adopt all the steps without any effort. Even our sir praised her as she adopted most of the steps accurately and learned very quickly.
By seeing this, I asked her about the reason behind her flexible body. She replied it was the result of yoga which she usually does in the morning. From that point in time, I decided to at least start yoga. For me initially, it was difficult, but after every practice, I got used to it. I think it is a great habit I have developed, and I think it will continue in the future as well.
