I know the plethora of organizations near my home town such as banks, industries and educational institutes. Here I would like to tell you about Vardhman textiles which are established in 1975. The chairman of this organization is Mr Paul Oswal. I came to know about this from my uncle as he is working as an assistant manager in this organization for the last 20 years. He usually tells me about his workplace, employees and employer. He told me that in his workplace, there are more than 1500 employees are working.

There are proper criteria for the selection of an employee for their place, even if one has to join as a manager or guard. There is an electric machine placed on the entrance for attendance for every person who works there. They provide ample facilities to their employees, like housing at low cost and healthcare policies. They have outstanding behaviour with their employees as they always take stand in their thick and thin. They appreciate their work and give them bonuses and perks from time to time. Recently they started to export and looking for new staff for their organization. So this is the workplace where a lot of people are working.

Answer: In my opinion, if a person has talent, then one can easily find a job in any kind of organization or field. Sometimes people same obstacles in their initial stage, but overall a person can easily get a job in India.

Answer: There are ample ways to provide jobs to people. Like government should set an age limit so that older adults get retirement and provide jobs to young blood.

Answer: To live a luxurious life, a high salary job is pertinent because nowadays, it is tough to maintain the standard in society due to over expenses.

Answer: Well, I always give preference to my internal satisfaction than salary. Because a person cannot satisfy themselves with their salary in their entire life, so if I got my internal satisfaction, then salary does not matter to me.

Answer: Yes! There are several big industries in my country, even in my locality, like Infosys, a software company, as well as Vardhman textiles, one of the biggest industries in Asia.

Answer: In my opinion, they have to set some goals on annual basses and make an international link so that they can get exposure and start doing business in various countries.

Question 7: Should big companies donate more to charities?

Answer: Definitely Yes! Because this is beneficial for both as they can do their advertisement on a world level and donate things with their company logo.

Question 8: Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

Answer: Definitely Yes! Because this is not expected from big organizations to break laws. Small companies always follow big companies. These companies set paths for other organizations.
