There is a contentious argument about whether this phenomenon is beneficial or detrimental. I personally believe that this is an advantageous development.
There are manifold benefits of advertising. First and foremost, if advertisements are everywhere, people can obtain information regarding new products and what they want. Secondly, advertisements are free contents that allow everyone to watch with the help of television or the internet without any cost. Firstly, we should be aware of new or modified products which are coming into the market. Last but not least, it is the best platform to decrease unemployment.
On the flip side, there are a few drawbacks related to this. Firstly they are repeatedly showing to you without considering if that item is really necessary for them or not. In addition, there might be email fraud or websites with many appropriate adverts trying to deceive people. Lastly, with the help of advertising, most entrepreneurs advertise harmful products like wine and cigarettes. As a result, the teenager is interested in purchasing tobacco, cigarettes and so on.
From the light of the above discussion, it is evident that there are few detrimental to advertising. But it would be tackle if the parents give good guidance. Whereas, there are more benefits regarding this topic. At last, adverts spread widely all around the world.
