Question 1 What kind of entertainment do you prefer, TV or radio? (Why?)

Answer: Well, if you ask me, I will definitely go for the TV because it has more than one sense experience like visual and hearing moreover it has plenty of channels that we can opt-in accordance with our taste.

Question 2 How are radio programs and television programs different?

Answer – As I said before, the way of experiencing the contents of the program is the main difference…TV programs are more likely to be visually appealing. In contrast, radio entertainment is subjected to only hearing sense. There should be some limitations in telecasting some programmes through the radio because the listeners capture the essence cant.

Question 3 What programs do you like to watch/listen to?

Answer – Well I’m afraid to say that I always would like to watch comedy programs to unwind my stress, moreover I am really finding watching cartoons. However, I am an adult. Nevertheless, it’s quite helpful for me to burst out everything running through my brain.

Question 4 When do you watch TV/listen to the radio?

Answer – it’s rather frequently, whenever I have free time if I feel that I should rest, I will definitely go for watching some of my favourite TV programs…

Question 5 In India, has television/radio changed much in recent years?

Answer – Absolutely…India is a developing country, so in all the aspects it’s developing .so if I pick up broadcasting industry there has been a drastic change is happening, for instance…5 years ago the tv channels had only limited to nearly 100…but nowadays we can have more than 1000 of TV channels, moreover introduction of portable wheeler televisions is available now …Now people want to build the theatre itself in their home that’s us home theatre with more than 29 inches of television
If it comes to the radio, I think the proportion of TV usage has been declining due to technological advancements.

Question 6 How do you think TV/radio broadcasts in India could be improved?

Answer – well, it seems to me that introducing more satellite versions and broadcasting programs following the viewers’ taste can enhance the broadcasting.

Question 7 Do you prefer TV news or news on the radio? (Why?)

Answer – If you are asking, I like to listen to TV news as we all know that in the midst of pandemics, we all tend to watch more news than the other entertainments to know the daily covid cases…So while watching and hearing is more understandable and convenient for me.

Question 8 Do you watch programs on the TV or your cell phone?

Answer – well… I always prefer to watch programs through my phone than TV…My mobile phone is always with me though if I am at work, drive or doing any other activity or if I am away from my home…so it’s easier for me to watch the programmes through the phone than on TV. I can keep updated with myself with the help of my phone.

Question 9 Do you like watching the same kind of programs all the time?

Answer – I would say yes because if I like a program, I will religiously watch it again and again…I don’t know the reason behind that…but I can laugh again and again at the same joke …it’s not boring factor for me.

Question 10 Do you talk with your friends about the program you watched?

Answer – Indeed…I always talk to them whenever I got the time, and our main topic is some of the Netflix series, and I always encourage them to watch those movies.
