The Limited Budgets of Governments, Especially Those in Developing Countries, Are Better Spent on Health and Education

The limited budgets of governments, especially those in developing countries, are better spent on health and education than on employment-generating projects. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples from your knowledge or experience.

In this cutting edge era, the bounded accounts of the state are highly controversial, which divides the opinion of citizens. One school of thought rocks on that it may be better if law maker’s spend money on health and educational system whilst counterparts ponder that spending money on employment- generation projects is good as compared to the former one. In my opinion, I partially agree with this statement and articulate points in the forthcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, the authority should take care of their citizens by providing better amenities such as health and education. The fundamental reason for providing these things is that the development of country-based on the holistic development of its citizens. In developing countries, there is not much budget for the government to pay for these things. However, it is their responsibility because progress relies on individuals. In the case of health, provided that authority has not much to provide better amenities such as medical, hospital and dispensary then they should be aware the public about their health. To epitome, the British government recommends eating five portions of fruit and vegetables per day. On the other side, like in education, the study is a need of the hour. Better study is the opportunity for a good job as well as it is base of students that how to lead in the society. Therefore, it is the government’s responsibility to focus on that things.

On the flip side, employment is also crucial to leading in such a contemporary era. Government should not spend money to do projects which help to get the job for those people who are unemployed. Apart from jobs, this is also a strong base for the nation because real development depends on it. To explain further, good infrastructure and employment may reduce poverty and standards level increase. So, paying money on this thing has no negative points.

According to my perspective, these both things a the essential without this country is nothing. Employment can help the economy of a country. Furthermore, the collection of money from taxes pays for education and health.

In conclusion, although government spend money on job-related projects, health and education cannot be neglected.
