Question 1. How would you define happiness?
Answer – Happiness is feeling! I feel happy whenever I achieve something personally and professionally in life. It is an emotion of satisfaction.
Question 2. What kinds of things make people in your country happy?
Answer – In my country, I personally feel marriage is a happy event we spent a lot of money on that. So, getting married will give happiness to the people.
Question 3. Do you think money can make people happy?
Answer – Money can make you happy up to some extent, as you can get rid of some problems you feel happy about. But only money itself you cannot get happiness; I personally feel Happiness is the feeling we cannot buy using money. Some people will have a handful of money, but they do not have time to spend time with family. They feel bad about themselves of the situation. So, money alone cannot make anyone happy.
Question 4. Are people in your country happier now than they were 30 years old?
Answer – It depends on the contexts; 30 years back, contexts will differ, and the quotient of happiness is different. It changes from then and now. So, we cannot measure say how happier they were.
Question 5. Why do some people say happiness never lasts long?
Answer – Because they are afraid of problems, so they say happiness never lasts long, and problems persist every time. But after every problem, we need to see happiness. I say problems also never last a long if you try to figure them out to solve.
Question 6. What do you do when you feel unhappy?
Answer – When I feel depressed or unhappy, I play with kids who are stress busters. Their innocence makes me happy. I am a big fan of Swamy Vivekananda. When I feel unhappy, I used to read his quotes. He says he faces Problems like Lion and I do a lot of reading and other chores to distract from the unhappy mood and listen to Music.
