You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead. Write a letter to you, teacher. In your letter:
explain the situation and why you cannot continue the course
say what you would like to do about your studies?
ask for a device about what you can do about the situation?
Dear sir,
This is Vikas, one of your students enrolled in an evening course named marketing management. I am writing this letter to express my dismay that I am not able to continue this course anymore.
Well, on admission date, I explained that I am working in a company, hence opted for evening classes. But now companies superior wants me to go for a six-month training session in Canada. Therefore, attending offline classes are near too difficult for me.
Truly speaking, I am really interested in continuing this course since it is vital to grab upcoming promotional opportunities; hence, I would like to avail digital classes if possible, else I will rejoin in the next term.
At last, I would like to seek your advice on this matter that either I should hold studies for the next session or go for online classes.
I hope you could help me to come out of this dilemma. Your feedback will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Vikas
