As everyone knows pollution is becoming a massive problem and a pain in the neck for every government across the globe so I precisely remember that in 2004 my school arranged a visit to a local chemical factory in Surat which is situated in the southern part of Gujarat now let me tell you that in 2004. Surat was not having a durable drainage system and a lot of textile factories were establishing their business there though they were not caring about discarding their by-products so local factories decided to do that in a local river nearby which was really disheartening and I remember that a manager where we visited was telling us that there there was no way out of this situation they were also knowing that this should not be done and it is inhuman but they were not having an alternative way due to this many localities were suffering from breathing problems and by having polluted water they were also suffering with critical illnesses as bronchitis asthma and I really feel bad about a solution because local people had nothing to do with the entire phenomenon and they were victim of the situation however in 2014 a law was passed by the local council to construct adorable drainage system for all the factories and in 2018 all the factories were connected to the training system and local people were also quite happy that they can live in happy and safe environment.

1. What kind of pollution are serious in your country?
As mentioned earlier, there are a lot of chemical and steel factories in India they are causing water and air pollution, and due to the emission of harmful fuels and gases, vehicles are also adding to the air pollution in India.
2. What can individuals do to protect our environment?
Well, I can relate to this question because I don’t use plastic products. Wherever it is possible, I use public transport so that I don’t add to the pollution ratio or graft so I think every individual should stop using plastic things. They should always prefer to use public transport, or if they are visiting a nearby location, they might walk up to that location.
3. Do you think individuals should be responsible for pollution?
Indeed I think each and every individual of the entire world is responsible for the situation we are currently in because I think a responsible citizen who is not taking steps towards the ones who are making or creating the pollution is more responsible for the current situation.
4. Why is there a need to involve the government in environmental protection?
Well, due to increasing environmental issues, many citizens in many nations are suffering from life-threatening illnesses such as bronchitis, or they’re ultimately using the resources of the government in terms of local hospitals or local clinics, so the government has to establish new facilities in healthcare systems. However, they can concentrate on the part where they can work towards decreasing the pollution which will ultimately resolve this problem as well that’s why I think that government should keep pollution as a high priority problem in the list.
5. Why people throw waste material on roads?
Well in some countries people and local citizens are not very much aware of keeping their surroundings neat and clean moreover their parents and their ancestors have not given them these great values which are so unfortunate with this rising problem of pollution.
6. How can the government encourage people to keep their cities clean?
There are many ways through which government can encourage and motivate localities to keep their streets neat and clean first of all the government should give rewards to the local citizens that if they keep their streets clean, they will be rewarded with some vouchers secondly they should also tell them the advantages of doing that thing so that local citizens can be aware of cleanliness and tidiness.
7. what do you think is a good idea or bad idea to Establish limited factories in a city?
Undoubtedly this is a very good idea because we can see the cities in India like Mumbai where there are factories established in the middle of the city, and they are creating a lot of pollution for local people, and this idea can really help us to plan our future cities so that factories can be accommodated in the countryside.
8. Whenever you visit this place, do you throw litter On-Road?
Unfortunately, when I was in school, I used to do this. Still, one of one fine day, one of my teachers called me and told me that how bad it is and how it can harm our environment and from that day I took utmost priority to keep my surroundings neat and clean so now I don’t throw any rubbish on the street or wherever I visit.

yes, definitely I remember when I visited Europe in 2014, I brought several different perfumes for my friends and relatives, so I like to gift perfumes to people who like to use them
