Talk about a time when felt really bored. ( Talk about on Lockdown Due to Covid-19) You should say
When it was?
Who you were with?
What you were doing?
Why you felt bored?
Last year during the peak of the pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where I was residing. The entire country was in lockdown and curfews were imposed stating when we could leave our house. Our offices were closed as well, and many companies initiate work from home. But since I work in a construction company, I had little to no work to do.
This lead to a very very unproductive and bored 3 weeks of my life where I felt, let’s say useless because I was not doing anything productive with my days. To counter this, I started listing down things I could manage and accomplish at home.
I was in this lockdown with my husband who was going through a similar experience as he is a photographer and he couldn’t work from home either. So we sat down together to figure out what activities and hobbies we could do together and individually.
I started to re-hatch my love for water colouring and created about 5-6 pieces that I could display in my house. I also learn how to cook and bake for the first time since prior to this I would go over to my mother’s place for dinner and meals.
