Some people believe that students should acquire working experience during their gap year instead of travelling. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your opinion and include relevant examples.
It is often argued that it is more advantageous to gain working knowledge for students rather than travelling during their break time. In my opinion, I entirely agree and believe that students should consume working experience instead of travelling during their gap year.
Firstly, it is vitally important for students to develop crucial skills to enhance their growth. In this modern era, every possible thing is getting advanced. So, those pupils who have sufficient skills, creativity and knowledge are preferred more. Furthermore, if people have brilliant communication skills, then they can conveniently put forward their thought and ideas. To exemplify, China has developed incredibly because it is mandatory for students to acquire working experience in high school. Hence it is evident to be crucial for students to gain working experience in order to develop their careers.
On top of this, students can earn money which could be beneficial for them. This is because they could utilize it for their expenses. Similarly, they can also acquire knowledge about finance management. For instance, students can easily gain some knowledge about money, and they not be dependent upon their parents. Therefore, students can learn to manage their finances which could be prons for the future.
To conclude, the positive aspects of acquiring working experiences greatly outweigh travelling due to which students should be provided with the privilege to work at a very young age. So it is recommended to gain more skills and knowledge in the initial phase of life.
