You saw an advertisement for an evening music class which you would like to attend.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about the evening music classes organized by you. I noticed your recent advert in the daily newspaper yesterday, and I’m quite fascinated to attend the coaching.

I had decided to take a year out after high school, so I am here in Australia on a short trip to gain some professional experience in the field of music. I have good taste in music and learned it extensively during my school days.

Even though I was a part of a rock band at my school, where I enriched various musical skills such as classical music, jazz, and rock music, I’m quite not there when it comes to background music.

I know from one of my friends that you are specialized in background music, and you have run a music institute for the last 10 years. You are a superstar throughout the world, and you have been awarded twice in the music industry in the previous decade.

Before I get onto this training, I am curious to know course duration and the musical instrument required for this coaching. Since I am an amateur and running tight on the budget, I would be interested in learning the course fee structure.

Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you on my queries to enrol in your training.

Yours Faithfully,
