You Relocated to An Overseas Country Recently and Shipped (1)

You relocated to an overseas country recently and shipped your furniture and other possessions through a shipping company. When you received them, you found some of them got damaged. Write a letter to the delivery manager of the shipping company:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regards to, a complete dissatisfaction for your service which I availed very recently. It was extremely unexpected moreover unethical from an esteemed organization like you. I was totally shocked because plenty of items were broken and others got some serious damage.

As part of my job, I moved from Dubai to Manchester for the last month. My previous project work was completed, and I moved with my family with belongings. I heard that your shipment service is a very practical one and without fail you will deliver items. Unfortunately, your service was pathetic and unexpected.

A number of items were completely broken, like three pieces of wall clocks, five pieces of Italian lights, a music system, a set of Chinese clay pots and plates, and numerous home décors. It felt really appalling and unacceptable. Home décor was purchased from Paris and was very costly. The wall clocks were parental gifts, and we had an emotional attachment to these items. Rather than, this lots of electronic gadgets and utensils were got damaged and difficult to use.

I demand a complete reimbursement for both damaged and broken items. I already paid a standard insurance policy for my shipment. Also, I advise you to look into this matter very seriously in the coming future. Otherwise, you will have lost the goodwill and reputation of the company.

I am expecting and adequate action as soon as possible.
