You Recently Ordered a Small Item Online but when It Arrived It Was Unusable (2) (1)

You recently ordered a small item online, but when it arrived, it was unusable. Write a letter to the company that sold you the item. In the letter:

Dear sir,

I am Vikas, and I am writing this letter to express my sheer annoyance regarding my shopping experience with your website and lodge a complaint against the faulty product I received.

A week ago, I placed an order for a power bank of MI brand, gold colour, and 20000 MAH backup. My order number is 2956PQZ. Yesterday, I got the delivery. I was literally excited; however, I faced disappointment at first glance.

Unfortunately, it is a used item since there is an abundance of scratches on the back. Moreover, it has 3 charging ports, but one is not working. The battery backup is not worthy at the top of the list as per the payment made and description. Altogether, it is an inferior quality power bank ever I used.

While considering all these faults, I was hoping you could replace it with a genuine one at priority, else make me a refund of amount along with shipping charges. If nothing is initiated, I will take this to consume Court.

Hope to receive an optimistic revert and a letter of apology from you.

Yours Faithfully,

Vikas
