I am writing this letter regarding the Sony TV. Last week on 27th February my father’s I would like to surprise him to give LED TV on his birthday, So, I am more familiar with Noon from last one year but this I had a very bad experience from receiving Damaged LED TV.
I was ordered this TV on the 14th of February on Valentine day. When I received this Sony LED TV in very perfect packing. After Service Man come and installed a TV that time showing black line on the TV screen and it is showing clearly that TV was damage during delivery time.
I would like to request you to replace under warranty card and at the same time, I am expecting the company will give the same model LED TV courier to home address as before I placed the order. I am attaching here a one-year replacement warranty card copy and tax invoice for proof of payment.
