You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago, but you have received nothing. Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.
- Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
- Ask how much longer you will have to wait
- and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Dear sir,
I am an account holder in your respective bank, which I hold shares of 50% of the dividend stocks as projected by the bank in a few years. I run out of my cheque book, which I mostly use in the transaction of my businesses. I pre-ordered my cheque book on the 26th of June this year on Monday, and I did so using the online bank services.
I had a unit number generated after applying. It’s been two weeks since I ordered to have a new cheque book be issued for me. I am writing to enquire how long will it take for me to have my new chequebook. Please, I really need this book as it’s of essence to me, which I mostly use in the transaction of my business and withdrawing of sums as the automatic teller machine isn’t currently working, leaving the option of using the cheque book.
Please, with the utmost plea, I am requesting to have my cheque book to be worked on as the processing time for the issuance of cheque books has elapsed. Please do follow up on my cheque book as I will enclose the unit number of the receipt I had after applying using the online bank system.
Yours faithfully.
