You Have Lost Something on A Bus and Called Customer Service to Get Help (3) (1)

You have lost something on a bus and called customer service to get help. You weren’t happy with their response. Write a letter to the bus company manager. In your letter, you should:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

My name is Jacob, and I boarded your bus a few days ago from Mumbai to Nagpur on 28th October with ticket number 7568. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the customer service of your organization.

While getting off the bus, I forgot to fetch a bag in which I had a gift for my mother. It was a purple colour cloth bag with a BIBA brand name printed on it.

The moment I alighted the bus, I realized I missed the bag and contacted your customer service and registered a complaint, and they assured me they would get back to me in a few hours, but it been two days no one from the office contacted me and when I am trying to reach the number its always showing busy. This is the reason why I am making a written complaint.

So, I request you to please look into this matter and take some strict action against the customer service agent as it was his responsibility to resolve the query and revert back to the customer.

I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problem.

Thanking you,

Yours Faithfully,
