When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration for many. Others, however, prefer different other aspects of a job over the salary they earn. In your opinion what are the most important aspects of a job?
While others like different aspects of a job over my salary, many think money earned monthly is the essential thought when selecting a job. In my opinion, salary is important when choosing work. This essay will explain further with examples.
To begin with, money earned every month from our job is what we use to provide for our family and ourselves so it is necessary for one to check the money that they will get at the end of the month before applying for the job. An example is, a mother or father with three children looking for a job will never choose a job for experience or knowledge.
On the other hand, it enlightens their knowledge and gives them experience too. Most people who did volunteering or work for a small salary at a specific company or institute have an idea of setting their own business or career, so for them working without a look salary is not their problem, but they rather focus on the knowledge and experience there will get. For instance, I have an idea of opening a pharmacy in the near future, so I am applying for a job at one of the popular pharmacies in my area. Although the salary is not enough because of my dream, I work hard and sometimes overwork to have every single detail about the drug.
To conclude, Many considered salary most because it is necessary when choosing a job whereas others care for different aspects of the job. I suggest salary should be the main motive when selecting a job because families depend on it for a living.
