The table below is the record of the sleep taken by five various occupied people. It is very clear from the chart that overall, the ordinary sleep people need is 5-8 hours, and 11 pm to 7 am is the time in which most occupation people take sleep.
According to Canadian studies, the student and full-time mother take equal sleep of 8 hours, which is the highest no. of hours as compared to others, whereas truck drivers and business executives sleep for 6 hours. The table also depicts the lowest number of sleeping hours taken by doctors.
Tables show that students sleep continuously for 8 hours between 11 pm to 7 pm, whereas truck drivers sleep in 2 intervals, 3hour in the morning and 3hour in the evening between 7 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 7 pm, respectively. A full-time mother takes a 2-hour break from 1 am to 3 am between the sleep of 10 pm to 6 am and takes a nap from 1 pm to 3 pm. Business executive hours of sleep are fixed from 11 pm to 5 am, and doctor sleeps from midnight from 1 am to morning 7 am with the break of 1 hour 3-4 am.
Analysing the table, it is clear that truck drivers, business executives, and doctors profession allows them to take limited sleep, whereas students and mothers can enjoy more sleeping hours.
