Well, I made my promises in my past life, but the one which I would like to talk about that is my fitness regime. It was the time when my parents were worried
about my health as I was fatty and over-weighted. As I was obsessed, I faced my challenges in society. My friends teased me as a fatty girl all the time. Moreover, I felt embarrassed for changing my names serval times by them. One day, the same situation happened in front of dad while returning from school.
So my father encouraged me to start to do some exercise, for example, running skipping rope, and we monitored the improvements, but nothing worked as I have maintained my intake calories during the workout. Hence nothing seemed normal, and my behaviour was starting to change like I quickly started angrily on normal things similarly in other cases too. Later on, my dad allowed me to join a fitness centre with one promise that I would lose as per my desired BMI scale within six months. So I did promise with my parents with the mission of drastically changed. Aforementioned, I made a promise because of hurdles, reacting if someone looks at me and last not the least, my large clothes sizing.
First and foremost, this promise was very important for me because my parents have spent money on a fitness plan which includes a diet chart, workout plan, trainer and committed weight loss. So anyhow, I have to shed kilos. The workout centre was a stone throw from home. In the evening, from 6 am to 8 am, I was rigorously doing as per mentor instructions, and gradually I was starting to achieve results. I think post one month completed, I reduced 5 kg, so that was a great accomplishment for me as my physique started getting changed in good posture, and I still remember my guardians were so happy, and I felt fortunate that I have so many caring parents.
