Indeed, urging children to pursue their dreams through competition is crucial to success, but l believe working as a team motivates an individual to discover exceptional and inherent strengths.
On the one hand, it is notable for every parent to advise their children to accomplish a higher status through competing as this fosters a sense to shoulder on and triumph over others despite the tough race. Not only will they strive to be the best, but they will run the extra mile to unleash the hidden capabilities. To add to that, children that are brought up in a society where winning is the norm always envy winners and loathes losers. Henceforth, they are compelled to thrive in the fiercely competitive world that we live In to be successful.
On the other hand, group work is vital in developing character, building effective communication skills, and strengthening problem-solving abilities, among many others.
