It will be better for society and individuals if driverless cars are widely used. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?
In the contemporary day and age, there is a war for words regarding the belief that. Driverless cars will be beneficial for future generations. An equal number of people opines in favour of the very notion. However, others are hesitant about it. The following paragraph will shed some light on my personal approach along with the example.
I partially welcome the statement that automatic cars make humans much better. There are multifarious reasons that are responsible for my outlook. The first and premimant one is that self-driving cars use machine learning algorithms, which is totally made from artificial intelligence. As Aa result, accidents made by human errors would be reduced. Secondly, their cars would fuel day batteries. Hence the pollution rate would be decreased. To justify the standpoint, there is an epitome of a statement from USA based Environmentalist stating, 94% of total road accidents were made by human errors.
On Second thought, a couple of reasons drive me to consider the opposite notion as well. There are certain possibilities of hacking cars because they will totally operate by computer programs. Consequently, cybercrime might be Increased. Moreover, in the state of machine errors, they can’t decide what to do in an emergency.
Taking everything in my account, I personally feel that Semi- governed cars may become the best invention for transportation, yet, the downside should not be glossed over.
