Question 1:- What’s your favourite food?

Answer:- I enjoy eating rice, beans, drinking tea, but I can say that unripe plantain porridges are most palatable to me, among others.

Question 2:- Have you always liked the same food?

Answer:- Yes, I like plantain, as I said earlier; therefore, I have a variety of ways to prepare it so that it will not make me get bored eating them, and anytime it is in the season, I will ensure I get enough of it.

Question 3:- Is there any food you dislike?

Answer:- Well, I can’t remember hating any food, especially our local meals, but some people say they don’t like certain foods unless I travel elsewhere and explore other people’s dishes, then I can say whether or not I frown at those dishes.

Question 4:- What is a common meal in your country?

Answer:- In the part of the world, I come from, most people depend on staple foods, which are mostly carbohydrates and fruits, so the majority feeds on rice, cassava, fufu, breadfruit and a handful of varieties of fruits in season. But wealthy people eat salads, foods made out of flour.

Question 5:- Do you have a healthy diet?

Answer:- This is quite hard to answer because what I consider a nourishing meal may not be for others, but I can tell you that my dish contains a variety of nutrients ranging from protein carbohydrates to water; as you can see, to me, it is balanced.

Question 6:- What do you think of fast food?

Answer:- Snacks are readily available, cheap, eye-catching and tasty, people often resort to them when they are exhausted, but they are not healthy at all as they contain mainly starch, fats and sweeteners.
