Everyone should become vegetarian because they do not need to eat meat to have a healthy diet. To what extent do you agree or disagree?


In this highly growing world every individual is like to begin fit physically and mentally and for this everyone is looking after their diet and especially the nonveg diet which is full of protein. In this surrounding, some opine that everyone should eat only veggies and they should detach non-veg meals as a healthy diet. I, however, believe that eating all varieties of food is beneficial and important for the body and health.

Firstly, eating a vegetarian diet is helpful for immunity, but the requirements of the body are much more, which will not cover by eating only a veg diet. Moreover, the veg diet does not contain the required number of proteins, carbohydrates and many more healthy things. For example, banana fruit is one of the crucial fruit in the diet, but it only provides proteins only whereas apple only provides carbs, so these are deficient in other macronutrients—a non-veg diet, coverup all the nutritional values in one diet. For example, the whole egg contains 13.4gm of protein and around 4gm of fat which is essential for body recovery. Furthermore, meat contains more protein, more carbohydrates and vitamins as compared to other veg diets.

Secondly, the availability of many veg diets is reasonable. Healthy vegetables like broccoli, berries, etc., are very rarely available in a particular session and they are quite expensive while non-veg diet like eggs, meats, fish those items are available all the years and we can buy them at cheap rate. Nonveg diets are all in one item while veg diet we have to eat each vegetable and fruits to fulfil body requirements.

To conclude, that Non-veg diet is an all in one diet which is a good source of all the nutritional values Which are beneficial for the body, whereas a veg diet takes more time to show results in health and body.
