In the contemporary world, children had numerous chances to divert from their own life. That is because of the impact of social media, electronic gadgets, and astonishing advertisements. Today I would like to talk about one such situation it happened years before. When I was an employee of the construction company in the Sultanate of Oman, I am back to my accommodation one day after completing a busy work schedule in the late evening. Suddenly, I notice that my neighbour’s elder son smoked on the roadside with his friends. I was stunned and speechless because he was just 12 years old.

Due to overwhelming emotions, I shouted at him and his friends; initially, they also reacted the same and quarrelling with me. Due to unexpected noise from the roadside, we capture the public attention, and others are enquiring about the incident. I felt agitated, and I tried to convince the children, and I explain the aftermath of such occasions. Children can understand the reality, and they promised me not to repeat the same in the future.
