Question 1:- Is it difficult to stay focused on something?
Answer:- I think staying focused on something is not that difficult if you have the potential to do something. Like from the last six months, I totally focused on my fitness goal. I have never skipped the gym for the last six months.
Question 2:- When is it hard to concentrate?
Answer:- I think when I have a lot of options, and then it is hard to Concentrate on one thing. Last Saturday I had a lot of work to do, but I couldn’t concentrate on work because I was not motivated on that day.
Question 3:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?
Answer:- My friend is really distracted me when I want to focus on something because they can call me anytime and say, that let’s meet, so I have to go, and I cannot get focused on something.
Question 4:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?
Answer:- When I am at work, then I need concentration because it helps me to do work well and also achieve my daily goals.
Question 5:- When do you need to be focused?
Answer:- After work, I directly go to the gym, and at that time, I need to be focused on achieving my daily fitness goals. So at that, I am totally focused and motivated.
Question 6:- What do you do to improve your concentrate?
Answer:- In the morning, I daily do yoga to improve my concentration because a very calm and relaxing thing to do, especially in the morning, and that is my secret for improving my concentration.
Question 7:- What do you do to help you concentrate?
Answer:- As I told you earlier, yoga in the morning and exercise in the evening help me to concentrate on my work, and also, I am motivated all day.
Question 8:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?
Answer:- I think it is not that easy to do two things at the same time because when I do two tasks at the same time, I maybe lose concentration from the other one. So I think it is good for me that I can do one task at a time.
