An Item of Clothing that You Purchased at a Store

An item of clothing that you purchased at a store has some issues, and you wish to return it. Write a letter:

Dear sir,

This is Vikas, and writing this letter to express my sheer annoyance with the first buying experience at your reputed store dwelled in Ludhiana. I am genuinely disappointed with the quality of the shirt you provided at the price of a branded one.

Yesterday was my cousin’s ring ceremony, for the same I bought clothing kinds of stuff from your store a week ago. I bought an adorable shirt which was black in colour with silver embroidery on its back and two pockets at front. I doubted its quality; however, your salesperson convinced me to buy for the sake of a return policy. It cost me around ₹3,000.

Honestly, it is an eye-catchy shirt that made me noticeable in a massive crowd. Although I wear it merely once, after the first wash, its shine goes dull, loses original size and fabrics are damaged. Presently, no one can say it is the same original one. I feel it’s completely unworthy in comparison with the money I paid.

Now, I would like to get a refund or replace it with another worth-taking shirt along with an apology in writing else, and I would take this matter to consumer court as I possess pieces of evidence.

I am sure you will consider this matter a priority.

Yours sincerely,
